The SSE Hydro in Glasgow is a purposely built venue with a 13,000 capacity. Located in the Finnieston area approximately a mile from the city centre. This area has undergone a redevelopment in recent years with many new hotels, bars and restaurants opening. Adjacent to the SSE Hydro is the Scottish Exhibition Centre (SEC) and the SEC Armadillo auditorium.
